All prices below are in Pounds Sterling. For deliveries in the UK and EC, please add VAT at 17.5% (or for non-UK EC deliveries, quote your VAT/TVA number).

School Site Licence: If you are at a School or Sixth Form College with no more than 2000 students attending across all subject areas, including any part-timers, an unlimited School or Sixth Form Site licence costs £299 + vat. A School Site Licence upgrade from a DERIVE v5 for Windows School Site Licence is £150 + vat. A School Site Licence upgrade from DERIVE v1-4 School Site Licence is £240 + vat.

Otherwise, for other FE Colleges and Universities special prices are below.

FE College Site Licence: This is available for outright purchase as a Perpetual FE College Site Licence for £1100 + vat (or £550 + vat to upgrade from v5) OR as an annual Subscription FE College Site Licence for £475 + vat per year, for a minimum of 3 years.

NEW College or University Departmental Licence: £500 + vat NEW For use by students and staff of one college or university academic department only at one geographical location.

University Multiple PC or Site Licences
There are two alternative ways of equipping yourself with DERIVE for Windows in quantity. One of them will work out best for you. Either you can equip a specified number of PCs by buying a "Multiple PC Licence", or you can buy a "Site Licence" for unlimited use throughout the institutional site.
The Site Licence sizes are measured for this purpose by a straight head count of students attending. As you can see below, we are applying a model of the likely level of usage in an institution of a particular size. If more than 1% of the students enrolled might use DERIVE at any one time, it is cheapest to choose a Site Licence.

All the above prices are in Pounds Sterling.

Prices inbetween are calculated by linear interpolation. To take the example of a 23 PC licence, each licence between 20 and 30 costs (1100-750)/10 = 35, hence a 23 PC licence costs 750 + 3 x 35.

These licences are perpetual (i.e. not annual charges).

Payment Options:

• VISA/Mastercard/Switch/Solo/Delta/American Express Cards: Please advise card number, expiry date, 3 digit security code on the signature strip (except Switch and Solo) and the cardholder's name and address for delivery.
• Invoice: We will send a 30-day invoice with the goods for orders by academic institutions in the UK. Otherwise we can send you a proforma invoice for advance payment.
• Electronic Funds Transfer to our Bank: You could ask your bank to transfer the appropriate amount in Pounds Sterling (with all charges paid at your end) direct into our account. Please ask for our bank details and VAT number if needed.
