Instructor's Evaluation Edition
The Instructor's Evaluation Edition is not available to students. If you are a student you can obtain the latest Student Edition of Sketchpad for just £19 + vat.
The Instructor's Evaluation Edition of Sketchpad 4 is similar to the full product except that you cannot save or print your work, you cannot copy and paste work to other programs, and you cannot export work as dynamic JavaSketchpad Web pages. Furthermore, the Instructor's Evaluation Edition does not include the full set of example documents and the electronic Reference Manual included in full versions of The Geometer's Sketchpad. Finally, the Instructor's Evaluation Edition will expire 60 days after first use.
Fair Use Agreement for The Geometer’s Sketchpad Instructor's Evaluation Edition
By downloading this software, you accept the terms of this agreement. You are being provided with this free evaluation version of Sketchpad for the purpose of evaluating it for classroom adoption, for purchase by an educational or institutional department or computer lab, or for personal purchase. Additionally, Key Curriculum Press authorises its use in teacher-training workshops and for the classroom demonstrations that accompany the Teacher's Resource Book for Key Curriculum Press's Discovering Geometry text.
While this evaluation edition is similar to the full-featured program, you cannot save, print, or export your work, and the evaluation edition expires 60 days after first use. The full-featured program comes with complete documentation, teaching notes, sample Activity Masters, over 75 sketches and scripts, and an introductory videocassette.

Geometer's Sketchpad®
Workshop Guide
This booklet is designed as a handout for a workshop with The Geometer’s Sketchpad or for use—in conjunction with the Instructor’s Evaluation Edition of The Geometer’s Sketchpad—in evaluating the program for possible purchase. Note: The Instructor’s Evaluation Edition of The Geometer’s Sketchpad will expire after 60 days, at which point it will cease to operate on the computer on which it was installed. Reinstallation of the software will not extend the period of operability. Workshop leaders should use the fully-functional version of Sketchpad to avoid problems with expiration.
