MathType site licences are affordable and eliminate the hassle of complicated software administration.

No restrictions on the number of computers

No restrictions on concurrent use

 MathType may be used on all computers within the control of employees of the participating site. MathType can be installed on:
  • Computers and/or networks within the control of employees of the site.
  • Home use is permitted.
For both Windows and Macintosh platforms
A MathType site licence eliminates the buying decision between Windows and Macintosh software by providing MathType for both platforms at no additional cost.
Pricing options to fit any budget
Choose between a Perpetual Licence and an Annual Subscription Licence.
  • A Perpetual Licence means there is a one-time payment for the then-current version of MathType, to use forever. Upgrade purchases are optional, and upgrade notices will be sent when upgrades are released.
  • An Annual Subscription Licence includes free upgrades, and MathType can be used as long as the subscription payment is current. The size of the site needs to be recounted every year.

Pricing:

Pricing is determined by the total number of full-time and part-time employees with the following job descriptions:

  • scientists and engineers employed at an engineering or research organisation
  • editorial and production staff employed at a publishing organisation or service bureau
  • legal and support staff employed at a law firm

Pricing is based on the total number of employees at the site falling under the job descriptions above, and not the expected number of users. All employees at the site will be allowed to use MathType. A site license is limited to a single location. You may purchase multiple site licenses for multiple locations.
